Parents, below is a link that will take you to our trip webportal:
This webportal will allow you to do the following:
- See the itinerary
- Watch a quick video about the trip and the company hosting the trip
- Register for the trip (deadline to register is April 25) $50 deposit required
- Make monthly payments towards the trip
There is a payment plan starting in May, but to reserve a spot for your child and/or yourself, you must register for this trip by completing the online forms and paying the $50 deposit.
Any fundraising money raised in previous years or funds in the charms account can be used for future payments, but not the $50 deposit. Mr. Perry will be able to apply funds accordingly once you are registered with the trip, and have paid the deposit. Those funds will then be applied to the first upcoming May payment, then June, then July, etc...until the credited amount is exhausted.
In addition to the $50 deposit, the band staff highly encourages you to consider trip insurance to protect your investment in this trip....all specific info can be found in the web portal regarding insurance.
Insurance is two tiered:
Level 1 (lower level-cheaper insurance) has only a specified number of reasons you can cancel and file a claim.
Level 2 (higher level-more expensive) has more reasons you can cancel and file a claim for reimbursement. This level also has a safe-guard (cancel for any reason) clause where 75% of the cost is refundable.
Refund information-Pay close attention to the dates
- $50 deposit (non-refundable)
- $200 non-refundable after 10/1/23
- $800 non-refundable after 12/16/23
- Full Cost non-refundable after 1/24/24
