2022 Senior Trip To Disney/Universal
Date: March 12th-17th, 2022
Cost: $750.00 Trip Deposit: $100 due anytime before deadline of Sept. 1st. If you wait till September to begin paying, that will give you less time. We encourage to pay a deposit before the end of May, and $75 monthly payments till the trip is paid for. Families can pay online at charmsmusic.com or by check made out to Pine Tree Band Boosters given to Mrs. Turner. Fundraising will take place during band camp and during marching season this fall as well. Trip Insurance: $25 trip insurance is highly encouraged to help cover cancellations of any reason. This $25 payment is in addition to the total cost of the trip, but well worth it. A link can be sent to anyone who has paid their deposit for families to purchase the insurance on their own. If the $25 isn’t paid, then families risk losing more money if the unforeseen occurs (sickness, death in the family, etc…) The coverage does have a plan for “cancelling for any reason” which reimburses the family for 75% of all “non-refundable” expenses paid. It is in the best interest of families to pay for this insurance themselves to help avoid a major loss. You may cancel your trip for any reason, and recoup 75% of your non-refundable cost up to 48 hours before the trip begins. In other words….GET THIS INSURANCE!!! Once you have paid your deposit, a link will be sent to you via email to purchase this insurance. Trip Cost Includes: Charter Bus and all transportation 4 Breakfasts 4 Lunches 1 Dinner Staying at Universal Studios Resort (on site) Early Admission to Wizarding World of Harry Potter before park opens to general public 2 Days at Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure 2 Days at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Trip Doesn’t Include these meals (extra cash needed on trip) 2 Lunches/2 Breakfast’s/1 Dinner on charter bus traveling to and from Orlando, Florida 3 Dinner meals at the parks themselves Sample Itinerary includes (this is an example, actual itinerary times will change a little). This will give you an idea of what meals you need to be responsible for and what the trip will look like overall. Order of which parks we visit on which day will vary.
